For us to participate in the AAA Approved Auto Repair Program we have to have our customers fill out these cards and send them in. AAA uses these to ensure that their card members are getting excellent service. The minimum customer satisfaction score a company can have and still participate in the AAA Approved Auto Repair program is 90%. I am pleased to report as of the end of May 2009 we had a score of 99.6. AAA awards a top shop in NH every year so we are trying hard to be that shop.
