Nashua Store Manager

Before Ryan was managing Gurney’s Nashua location, he spent years learning the automotive business from just about every angle.

He started in aftermarket parts retail, moved into dealership parts departments, and worked with Honda, Kia, Porsche, and Audi—eventually becoming a certified Audi and Porsche Parts Specialist.

So yes, he knows a thing or two about cars.

Ryan joined Gurney’s as a Service Advisor in 2011 and eventually moved into the Store Manager role. Today, he helps keep the Nashua shop moving, supports the team, and makes sure customers understand what’s happening with their vehicles without needing an automotive dictionary to decode the conversation.

For Ryan, great customer service comes down to honesty and communication. Explain what’s happening, give people the information they need, and help them make the decision that’s right for them.

Away from Gurney’s, Ryan and his wife of 20 years stay busy with their two sons. Their family loves the outdoors, lake days, cooking, movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Basically, if there’s good food, good people, and preferably a lake nearby, Ryan is in.
