Rachel

Rachel joined Gurney’s Milford team in November 2023 with essentially no automotive background.

So naturally, she now works in a building where people casually say things like “control arm,” “oxygen sensor,” and “EVAP leak” before lunch.

She started as one of the friendly faces greeting customers at drop-off and quickly discovered that her favorite part of the job was making people feel welcome. About a year and a half later, she transitioned into managing the Milford administrative office, where she handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the countless little things required to keep an office moving.

Rachel is still learning the automotive side and is grateful for coworkers willing to answer her questions—which we’re guessing she has accumulated a few of.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, journaling, crocheting while watching TV, and spending time with her family.

And her cat, Jameson.

We don’t know whether Jameson assists with the crocheting.

We strongly suspect he does not.
