Jenn has spent more than 25 years in the automotive industry, which means she knows both cars and car people pretty darn well.

She spent more than two decades on the parts side of the business before moving into automotive service, bringing a perspective that makes her especially good at connecting all the pieces.

But Jenn’s favorite part isn’t really the parts.

It’s helping people.

She believes trust starts by listening, communicating clearly, and treating customers with honesty and respect. Her goal is to make sure people understand what’s happening with their vehicles and feel comfortable making decisions about them.

Then there’s Jenn outside of work.

She plays bass guitar, loves being outdoors, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

We don’t currently know whether she has ever played a bass solo about brake pads.

But we absolutely hope so.
