Charlotte began her tenure at Gurney’s the day the doors opened and has remained an integral part of the operation. Her accounting and business background has kept the shop running “like a well-oiled machine” (pun intended), and her cooking delights can often be found fortifying the staff and customers. Personally and professionally, Charlotte holds a quiet confidence that at once makes you feel relaxed and assured. It’s these traits, along with deep faith, honesty, and integrity, that make her and Bill the powerful team that they are. Charlotte once auditioned for “Deal or no Deal” and felt that “she was the most boring person at the interview” after describing her love of fishing, cooking, serving God, and doting on her family. However, those who benefit from her touch wouldn’t consider her priorities boring, but quite valuable.
